Private Pool: A Personal SPA Center

Spanning an impressive 850 square meters, the Private Pool is a haven for those seeking solitude and wellness. It features a private indoor spa center that offers exclusive swimming and yoga lessons, along with a variety of treatment rooms. The SPA TAAJ, complete with a sauna, Turkish bath, indoor pool, and relaxation rooms, provides the ultimate escape from the stresses of daily life. Additionally, a zone of media entertainment ensures that guests can unwind in style.

The design of the Private Pool is a testament to the meticulous attention to detail and innovative approach of the design team. Moisture-resistant wood panels were used in the production of the SPA premises, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. The centerpiece of the space is a unique fireplace framed by aged metal, complemented by a multifunctional storage area for SPA accessories. The floor and pool are finished with elegant tiles, while the ceiling is adorned with ribs to enhance the acoustic properties of the room.

Architects Tatyana Dmytrenko and Vitalii Dorokhov collaborated on this project, combining their expertise to create a harmonious and functional space. Their research on wall finishing materials and sound absorption played a crucial role in achieving the optimal design. Overcoming the challenge of volumetric spatial design, the team successfully implemented eight-meter span beams, adding to the grandeur of the space.

Located in Kiev, Ukraine, the Private Pool is a testament to the fusion of modern design and nature. Drawing inspiration from the gardens of Guǎngzhōu in southern China, the project embodies a deep appreciation for culture and the environment. The result is a serene retreat that seamlessly blends luxury and tranquility.
